Detroit Princess Riverboat cruises journey from hart Plaza past the Ambassador Bridge, just past Belle Isle, with a bountiful lunch menu, it is easy for everyone to find an entree they enjoy! This trip includes a round trip transportation to Detroit, MI. A Cruise on the Detroit Princess Riverboat, A Delicious buffet, and musical entertainment all while you cruise down the river. the bus departs from our center at 9:30 am and returns at 4:30 pm.

The Toledo Zoo and Aquarium is nationally known for its large exhibits and animal diversity. With its hippoaquarium, Artic Encounter, and Africa! exhibits where you get up-close and personal with the animals. Not to mention the over 178,000-gallon water aquariums. This trip includes transportation to and from Toledo, OH, a lunch at Tony Packo's, and admission to the Toledo Zoo!

A Jukebox for the Algonquin is a serious comedy about a small group of senior living residents that decide they're not quite ready to "go gentle into the good night". They hatch a plot to prove aging is not just a New York state of mind. This trip includes round transportation to the Purple Rose Theater in Chelsae, MI, and a trip to see "A Jukebox for the Algonquin".

All participants must be 50 years of age or older and have an updated Swartz Creek Senior Center Participation Form on file at the time of sign-up. It is the responsibility of the member to inform the staff at the center prior to signing up for a trip if they have a disability or health condition requiring accommodations. The trip coordinator will make arrangements for any possible accommodations, and will inform the traveler of any limitations.
Payment for one-day and overnight trips must be made in full in order to reserve your seat. Trips for two or more nights require a deposit, followed by the payment in full by the deadline date. payment may be made by cash or check payable to the Swartz Creek Area Senior Center. Credit cards are not accepted.
Please call the center as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your reservation. All cancellations insure a $15.00 administrative fee which id deducted from any refund due to the member. Refund of the balance will be paid only if your seat can be canceled with the tour company, and no loss is incurred by the center. Be sure to read individual trip information - as some trips may require traveler to agree to a departure location other than the senior center. No refunds will be given due to change of departure if it has been disclosed on the trip flyer. During inclement weather, if the tour company providing the trip does not cancel, the traveler will not be entitled to any refund.
on the morning of departure, please park your vehicle away from the building entrances. All travelers must check-in with the group leader before boarding the bus. No seats may be reserved in advance, except those for group leader and persons with disabilities who have requested accommodation when signing up for the trip No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed on the motor coaches.
Please carry emergency information in your purse or wallet. In case of illness or accident, please inform the group leader. An ill or injured traveler needs to understand that the trip itinerary will need to proceed with minimal delays to the groups.
It is customary (voluntary) to tip the bust driver $1.00 to $2.00 per person per day. If you feel the driver has provided exceptional service, you may want to tip accordingly.
